Section I — Exclusions
We do not cover loss caused by any of the following, regardless of any other cause or event contributing concurrently or in any sequence to the loss:
(b)Wear and tear, marring, deterioration;
(c)Continuous or repeated seepage or leakage of water over a period of 14 or more days;
(d)Mold, fungus or wet rot, unless hidden within walls…
A slow pipe leak found late can be called “seepage” and denied.

ScrewProof is built to surface the clauses that can cap, delay or void a payout: exclusions, deadlines, depreciation schedules, anti-concurrent causation wording. Each one comes with the exact text and what it means for you.
An exclusion for “gradual seepage” can be used against slow-leak and burst-pipe claims.
